Seek and Deploy your 2022 Pathway Baseball plan
Start the new year by getting your program in step with Pathway Baseball, the 15u-18u solution for hundreds of players looking to find their best fit in the college game.
Pathway Baseball events are built on the fundamentals of offering great competition, with college coaches contracted and dedicated to tracking the action as they look for key additions to their roster. More than 500 players have signed out of our events since 2018!
It all begins with the popular Pathway Albuquerque event, set for June 14-18 (16u) and June 19-23 (17u/18u). You’ll see us all over the country (North Carolina, Iowa, Colorado, Arizona, Utah) as we continue to connect talented student-athletes with the college programs that make the most sense.
Your 2022 softball season can take flight with a fun-packed trip to Oklahoma City for the Triple Crown OKC event, set for June 3-6 during the Women’s College World Series.
Not only are there opportunities to secure WCWS tickets, your team benefits in numerous ways by suiting up for this one:
In 2021, age group winners came from five states (Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Mississippi, Texas); it’s competition you might never see otherwise, making this a perfect way to kick off your summer schedule. Talk to your parents and clear the calendar!
Update on TC NIT; College Camps on hold
The TC NIT volleyball event (Feb. 18-21, 2022) has some fresh news we’d like to share.
First, our popular College Camp session set for Friday, Feb. 18 is subject to changes based on NCAA legislation, so we have suspended signups for the moment. We hope to have an update on this topic by Oct. 29.
Second, spectators at the TC NIT are required to PRE-PURCHASE their gate pass online before the event.
BUY GATE PASS
Tickets can be picked up at the KC Convention Center (Rooms 2205 and 2206):
Friday, Feb. 18 – 8 a.m.-8 p.m.
Saturday, Feb. 19 – 6:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
Sunday, Feb. 20 – 6:30 a.m.-noon
Chances are the bats, balls and uniforms are in storage, but you can still dream about next season. Triple Crown Baseball is right there with you!
For many 8u-14u teams, it all begins with the 2022 Arizona Spring Championships, played out in five sessions through March in greater Phoenix, right in the heart of MLB Spring Training. With a 4- or 6-game option, you can target the best fit around Spring Break and the MLB teams you want to see.
MLB SPRING TRAINING SCHEDULE
The Who’s Coming lists are now live; we have 100 teams already clearing their calendars! You can also start looking at hotel options; it’s always nice to get booked before the rush comes.

With ideal sunny springtime conditions, there’s so much fun to be had at the games, hotel pool, team dinners – don’t forget the golf and shopping for the adults as well. Pencil in or secure your entry (no gate fees except for Session 3, and a dozen baseballs included) while it’s fresh in your mind!
We’re proud to make the Zoom Into June showcase event (June 10-13, 2022) an important tool to connect college programs and club softball student-athletes, which means we’re already adapting to how the new WCWS schedule affects everyone involved.
Here’s the tentative itinerary: Friday the 10th will kick things off with Showcase and All-Academic Games, while team games run the rest of the way, Saturday through Monday. We’ve moved the balance of our camps and clinics to Monday as well. Look for our Uncommitted 2021-22 Workout and our CSE session on Saturday, June 11.
What’s unchanged is the talent level and recruiting impact as we go to work (5 showcase games!) on fields in Chino Hills, Hemet and Riverside, CA. This is the first, best heavy-hitting softball showcase on the calendar, and we encourage you to secure your spot well ahead of the Jan. 31 deadline. FYI, the Zoom Juniors event (12u, June 11-12) is unaffected and will still take place in San Diego.
What better way to celebrate the return of the WNIT in 2021 than to jump back twenty-three years.
We're back in 1998 when current San Antonio Spurs Assistant Coach, Becky Hammon, lead the CSU Rams to the preseason championship! Hammond of course went on to play professionally in the NWBL and the WNBA. She is a 6x WNBA All-Star and has made the All-WNBA First Team twice. She has been selected as ESPNW's Women of the Year and is currently a member of the Colorado Sports Hall of Fame.

Needless to say, baseball is a very fun game that can provide a lifetime of memories and stories if played correctly-- or incorrectly. Framed in his home is this subtle reminder of just how fun baseball can be. Here is his story:
13 years ago I had the pleasure of being on a team that played in the Omaha slump buster (sic)! I don’t remember the first two games I played in; the third game though is 100% engraved into memory! In my first at bat 2nd pitch I was given a fastball! Jumped all over it, a big swing and a foul tip! Well somehow the ball had the perfect spin to come off the bat and hit me right on the front left two teeth! It knocked one tooth out immediately! The umpire looked at me and asked if I was all right, I told him I think I lost a tooth blue! Then spit the second tooth out! Went to the dentist of course! They put the teeth back in whole! Well from that point forward they gave me nothing but problems, last Thursday I had to have those teeth removed! What a beautiful memory that continues to keep on giving.
